8.0 oz              Chocolate Malt                    (350.0 SRM)
4.0 oz               Barley, Flaked                      (1.7 SRM)
4.0 oz               Roasted Barley                     (300.0 SRM)
4.0 oz               Special B Malt                      (180.0 SRM)

Extract:
6 lbs Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM)

Hops:
1.00 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] – Boil 60.0 min        8.2 IBUs
1.00 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] – Boil 30.0 min        6.3 IBUs

Yeast:
1.0 pkg Nottingham (Danstar #-) [23.66 ml]

Notes:
This beer came out delicious. I gave it a little time to condition in the fridge after bottling. Flavors of coffee and chocolate came out. Many of these flavors mellowed with time and blended together. In the future, I will probably try to add cocoa nibs for a chocolate stout.
